Application & Features
1.Suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60° )fittings of PE, PP, PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting , make integrated fitting and weld straight pipe and fitting and so on.
2.Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings.
3.Teflon-coated heating plate move forward and back hydraulically on spherical bearings guides.
4.Trimmer move forward and back hydraulically on spherical bearings guides.
5.Control panel accompaines with CNC system to eliminate any risk of error due to the operator.
6.Full-Automatic welding procedures with PLC and Touch screen.
7.Welding statistics recording and printing function.
8.Pre-installed welding standard such as lSO, DVS and multilingual languages.
9.Reliable performance easy to operate.
